Steve is actively involved in researching, testing and operationally deploying a broad variety of scientifically validated brain plasticity interventions from around the world. In particular, he assists organisations deploy effective methodologies that objectively measure and enhance quite specific cognitive capacities. Educating clients about “what reliability works and why” verses “what is industry hype” is one of his major consultancy services. His goal is to assist clients in developing credentialed and specifically targeted (fit for purpose) brain plasticity programs. Quality controls, productivity, scale and reproducible outcomes are key objectives. Steve has developed an extensive network of research institutions both locally in Australia and around the world. These connections supply substantial value to the consumer education, training and management consultancy services that he provides in a variety of industries that are now enthusiastically examining the potential for adopting effective neuroplasticity interventions. Rowan is a Research Assistant at the University of Melbourne, currently working on the link between personality and wellbeing. He is interested in spreading the knowledge gained from Positive Psychology across the broader community, and has a particular interests in positive psychology interventions and mindfulness practices.

Kendall Allsop
Kendall is currently undertaking her Honours year in Psychology at Melbourne University. Her thesis will involve studying peer work in youth mental health settings.
Kendall is interested in sharing ideas from positive psychology, mindfulness and happiness research with the wider community. She also volunteers with Action for Happiness Australia.
Kendall has shared ‘How to live to be 100+’ by Dan Buettner. Dan studies the diets and lifestyles of people living in the “blue zones” around the world; places where people commonly live to be over 100 years old.
